Do you guarantee 7/24 of service to us?
We provide 7/24 up time for our bandwidth availability. For hardware, we require a maximum of 24 hours turnaround from the time any incident is reported. For software issues (such as bugs or unknown source of errors such as farequotes that are not valid..etc.), we would return with an update or request of an online conference over the reported problem upon receipt of your incident report within 24 hours during the week, and no later than noon time North American East Coast Standard or Daylight Saving hours on the first working day after a weekend or our local statuary holiday. We do not guarantee any software resolution within a particular period of time.
